Each Dominican must add support and prayers to this initiative!
The 3 by 5 Initiative was created because there are currently six million
people living with HIV/AIDS in developing countries that urgently need
access to antiretroviral treatment (ART). Only 400 000 have this access.
WHO and its partners are working with full commitment to achieve the 3
by 5 target - providing access to ART to 3 million people living with HIV/AIDS
in developing countries by the end of 2005.
