| In 1910, the Sisters of St. Dominic were requested by the Dutch Dominicans to send some Sisters to Puerto Rico. Whe the Sisters were asked for six volunteers - sixty responded. Today the Province of Puerto Rico is a thriving group of native Puerto Ricans. These Sisters in turn have responded to the needs of God's people in Colombia and the Dominican Republic. | |||||
