As each Sister continues this journey through the years and cycles of her life, from initial formation, through her years of active ministry and into her later life, she is encouraged both to seek and to avail herself of opportunities to grow in her spiritual and theological knowledge, to cultivate her intellectual and personal gifts, and to develop fully as a human person.
